We carry out our due diligence on all cleaning staff employment records and background checks and adhere to all aspects of the TUPE law.
Each of our clients has a dedicated Account Manager who is the main point of contact for all day to day queries. Your Account Manager makes regular visits to your premises to ensure your cleaning service is being carried out to the highest standard.
We listen to our clients: on a monthly basis Account Managers liaise with their clients to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service provided. We ask for a satisfaction sheet to be completed and signed, enabling the Directors to be fully aware of the standard of all of our contracts.
